More than a decade ago, Dr. John Williams observed that many companies needed something they were not getting: integrated engineering services that would deliver more than merely "workable" designs. Williams knew that "standard operating procedure" was missing the mark and leading to lost profits. So he founded EPS to provide what internal engineering departments and outside consultants did not – innovative, efficient, cost-effective solutions.

Now in its 14th year, EPS has made a strong reputation for itself by providing engineering services that consistently result in the highest return on investment for the lowest project cost.
